Make your first gallon of mead!  Tony Gaddis will show you how to make honey wine, the drink of the Vikings, using honey, yeast and water.

Bring

• 1 gallon carboy*
• airlock with stopper*
• 3 lbs of honey

Optional

• 1 gallon springwater
• fruit, spices or other additions
